Coffee Shop Manager තනතුරකට මේවා සාමාන්යයෙන්ද මූලික කළමනාකරණ වගකීම් ලෙස සැලකේ.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations across both locations; develop strategies to increase sales and attract customers; lead, train and motivate café staff; maintain excellent customer service and product quality; manage inventory, purchasing, costs and hygiene standards; identify promotional and service-improvement opportunities.
Qualifications / Requirements: Experience in café, restaurant or hospitality management; strong leadership, communication and organisational skills; practical approach to business development and achieving sales targets; willingness to work at both Battaramulla and Negombo outlets.
